Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete control over your electronic mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one electronic mail account to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mails according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect electronic mail messages from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
